Our movers were fantastic- both were very professional, efficient and could not have done any better.
The packers that came the day before were just the opposite. We did not find them to be pleasant or helpful. We even had items left over that we had to pack ourselves and they put a bag in one of the boxes upside down, which dumped out. I lost $70 worth of the supplement.

Everything was super fast and easy, the whole process took just over a week from our first conversation to when I received my items. The entire staff was very friendly from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again.

This was my first experience using a moving company. It far surpassed my expectations. From the office working with my crazy schedule that changed a few times, to the office following up several times during the move, the office is fantastic. My move from Richmond to Newport News went great with no problems. The movers showed up and immediately got to work - they were hustling the whole time. It only took approximately an hour each to load and unload my belongings. This allowed me to have about a stress-free move as possible. Timothy and Dover were great and very professional the entire time. Highly recommended.

Denise is amazing from the claims department. Also my two movers were great. I’m not happy that I was told boxes didn’t have to be sealed but ending up have to be so I had to move those myself. The estimated time was 2.15 hours but the time was more than double that. But overall I’m very happy!
