I only needed one piece of furniture moved and it was a very short distance. However, my experience with this team was 5-star. My moving team consisted of Timothy, Tevin, and a third guy (?). They were on time, efficient, and really sweet, friendly guys. Timothy understood and explained the paperwork to me as we went along. Everything went smoothly.

The moving team was very nice and polite, but they did not do a good job moving our belongings. Almost every piece of furniture is damaged, and a couple pieces are fully broken. They accidentally did not take the legs of our couch off the truck but would not return them, and kept them in their truck for several days. I remember one mover was Robert and I think Lashaun was the other mover, not sure

Great company that really cares about its customers and doing the right thing. Entire staff from in the office to the moving crew was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Cesar and Brandon were extremely polite, careful, and helpful. They both are great assets for your company. Big KUDOS for this team !!!!

Brandon and Cesar handled our move and they were outstanding. They were polite, professional and they worked quickly and efficiently in order to save us time and money. The experience was the most efficient move in and out that I have ever had!!

Brandon and his team were incredible! I expected moving day to be stressful and difficult. Instead, their positivity and can-do attitude made it a great day. The guys were prompt, fast, and saved me money because we packed the uhaul faster than the estimated quote time. After my horrible experience with all my sons (stolen goods, broken appliances, broken bed frame and a police report) I tried out TMAAT. YOU GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE. Moved 600 miles away and not one thing broken. THANK YOU Willie Banks and the team.

Overall the move went well . The only thing that happened was we weren't informed verbally by the office staff that the water and disconnects for the appliances we were moving needed to be disconnected by us before the move . I understand why you don't take this task on . It would be nice to remind folks ahead of their move in the future . Thank you . Paul Franchok
