We called two weeks out to schedule our move and they had availability for the day we wanted. The estimate was done via a video call, took only 15 mins and was very accurate. The office staff was pleasant, responsive and quick to return calls/answer questions. The moving team was polite, introduced themselves and shook our hands. They worked hard and earned every penny. Highly recommend!

The moving team was professional and were careful moving the furniture and packages. They communicated well throughout the process.
I think it would be best if they have a route planned beforehand for long distance moves. The movers spent too much time finding the best location and hotel to spend the night on the road. (They told me they tried 6 hotels!)

I have never been more disappointed with the moving company in my life. I scheduled weeks ago for them to be there on July 1st., between 2 and 4 PM. At 4:05 they called and said they'd be there in an hour. Then they called at 6 and said they wouldn't be coming. They finally show up the next day at 9 AM. Very disappointed, caused too much stress and have to miss another day at work. Not happy.

You were a day late for the move and had poor communication about the issues and that did set us behind. However you adjusted the price and I would use you again

Every time I called 2 Men in a Truck I talked to Madison. It was wonderful talking to the same person each time. I made several changes to the reservation and she gladly helped and made the process easy. The truck arrived on time. Chris and Jeremiah were professional and courteous. If I had questions Chris answered the questions and gave me a comfortable feeling that we were in good hands!

Great experience from the start getting an estimate, communication as the move approach to the actual move day. Team of three was on time, professional, kind, respectful, and hard working. Never stopped even with the heat wave. Highly recommend.
