Devonte and Shermon did a great job with our move. Moving heavy furniture on a Monday without help is tough, but having the movers on hand saved the day. They were very courteous, efficient, and timely with their service. They even took the time to make sure furniture was placed the way we needed it. Definitely would recommend for a move.

The office staff had excellent job in reminding their customer ahead of time and confirm the service request status. The movers staff are excellent and knowledgeable in moving stuff and very polite. Definitely, I would recommend the two men and a truck to my friends in this type of service. Thanks.

The only thing the office failed to explain to me during my phone conversations of setting up the move was the additional cost of insurance should I chose to buy it and that was not explained until the time of pick-up. The office explained to me that there would be runners to cover the carpet (brand new house), however when the movers arrived to drop off the furniture, they explained they only carry two runners, but that were professional and made it work, they uncovered the furniture and used the furniture covers to protect the carpets. My overall experience was excellent. Thank you!

I have to say I was VERY impressed. The movers were on time, very personable and got what we needed done under the time estimated. I was only moving across the street from one apartment to another. It was so much easier than moving the big stuff ourselves. We will utilize them again in the future when we finally move to a house. Thanks again!

The men who moved our office were absolutely professional, courteous, and hard working. The office staff - meh. I was given incorrect information that adversely effected our move. The team was to go to a second location first, then to our main location. By reversing this we required more time and a second truck. I was told I would have 4 men and only 2 showed up. While you hourly charge was altered to reflect this, it made our staff an others involved in our move stay longer on site - adding more hours to their paychecks! When I called Andrew Auld about these issues he was unavailable to the phone. While this is totally understandable, he never returned my phone call! The person I ended up talking to was able to easily resolve the problems, and to my satisfaction, no apology!

over all the experience was good. Team was quick and got us unloaded well before the estimated time, so that saved us $$. Would have given the moving team an excellent, but my wife found two significant dents in our children's black dresser after something heavy had been laid on top of it. Otherwise very professional and courteous to my family.

The guys were great and had such a good attitude. You could tell they really enjoy what they do and made the experience fun. They were so helpful and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. I have used other moving companies in the past; however this is my first in Virginia. Great experience, great company.
