Feedback: I would have liked a slower, more deliberate final walkthrough after all items had been moved. In the rush to finish, we didn't realize that my step stool was left in the truck. More communication around ETA also would have helped.

Justin was amazing and we are so glad he lead the team to complete a fine, speedy and meticulous move. We’ve had movers before but never like this. Thank you for all that you do! Amazing service! Extremely professional! Even with a miscommunication regarding the actual move, the team was able to keep a positive attitude & just "go with the flow", taking any stress out of the transition.

The packers did not do good work and wasted a lot of time and resources. This caused the expenses to be doubled. The movers worked hard but damaged me an expensive dining table set (still not repaired inspite of filing a damage report), and the china was damaged, scratched and woodwork damaged. A stool was broken as well and several works were left incomplete.
