The guys were prompt, fast, and saved me money because we packed the uhaul faster than the estimated quote time. After my horrible experience with all my sons (stolen goods, broken appliances, broken bed frame and a police report) I tried out TMAAT. YOU GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE. Moved 600 miles away and not one thing broken. THANK YOU Willie Banks and the team.

Overall the move went well . The only thing that happened was we weren't informed verbally by the office staff that the water and disconnects for the appliances we were moving needed to be disconnected by us before the move . I understand why you don't take this task on . It would be nice to remind folks ahead of their move in the future . Thank you . Paul Franchok

I was really pleased with how efficient and willing to help out my team of movers were! They got all my furniture up the tight corners of the staircase with no damages & helped me arrange my furniture in my new place!

Matt and Mario were great and did an excellent job in a timely manner.

The guys who moved the furniture were not careful at all. Quite a few pieces were scratched or marred because they weren't covered with blankets in the truck or they were tilted up on the concrete walkway without placing down a blanket or cardboard. The legs were badly scratched by the rough concrete. Moreover, one of the movers had a profanity-laden meltdown during the move.

I had a very successful move . The guys were very professional and would definitely use this company again .

Movers showed up on time and got the job done very quickly! Would absolutely recommend.

My only negative is being told one thing then reality was something else.
1st told it would be $175/hr 2 hour min. Then told when booking that boss wanted more for a single story easy move, but heavy piece of equip.
2nd being told a 2 hour arrival time, I let the office know and then find out it was a 3 hour block of time. Neither of these big deals, just made me feel used.

There was a three man team and they were all efficient and professional. It was my first experience with a moving company and everything went smoothly. They even finished before the projected time!
