The process with the office was wonderful,clear and informative. The movers damaged our sons new crib, the new hardwood floors in the master where gouged in two spots and we had to get the headboard to the master bedroom because they could not figure out how to get it up the stairs. Boxes where not taken to the correct locations as directed and carpets where left damaged from the movers dragging the washing machine in the old house, which has resulted in additional payments on our end.

My move was easy!! Great teamwork from the 2 guys, office staff and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

We have been so pleased with your company and our move. Initially, Angel did an excellent job of explaining the process and estimate. The movers kept us updated on their time of arrival. The movers (Joseph M., Charles C. and Reiondus B.) were courteous, polite and professional. They worked efficiently yet quickly. However, they took enough time to move the furniture so as not to damage any of the items. They asked questions and were helpful answering our questions. Furniture was placed exactly where we wanted and they were patient and accommodating when we thought any item needed to be moved to another location. We felt our movers and your company did an excellent job and we would definitely use your company in the future. Thank you so much for making our move so easy and worry-free!!

They were polite and neatly dressed. They moved quickly and didn’t waste time. We had a few scratches but nothing major so far. There was a little misunderstanding about the time estimate given at the walk-through and the actual estimate on the pre-move statement. However the actual time ended up being close to the walk-through estimate. Office staff were always easily accessible.

We moved from Virginia to Georgia for a new job and they made the transition so smooth. The packers were super fast! And the movers went above and beyond to make it happen in 100 degree heat!
A few things I’d like to share that might help in my opinion, adding a few extra hands to help load the trucks would help. Overall my experience was wonderful ! Erik B, Damien H, Lawrence D, Christopher S are a great group of guys who are the backbone of who you are

I have used many moving services over the years (I am 68 years old) but you are the best. Richard and Taz (The movers) were so professional in performance and attitude that it took a little while to sink in. I plan to spread the word about your company and how pleased I am. Thanks again.

Unfortunately, my experience with 2 men and a truck did not exceed my expectations. My initial contact with one of the drivers was not a pleasant and friendly one at all. One of the drivers seemed to have an attitude and was upset he had to come to work that day. We had a brief discussion about him using a hammer to complete the set up of my bedroom furniture and I told him to stop banging on my furniture with a hammer and he left the furniture set incomplete. He caught an attitude and left the set up process. I was not pleased at all. He did not go above and beyond or exceeded my expectations to help. The movers broke a piece of my exercise equipment and they also broke a light fixture on my wall. I will not be recommending this company and I was not satisfied with the move.

Although nice the 2 young men did nothing but bring in the boxes and just plopped them anywhere. I had an electric outdoor grill and the young man came into the apartment and plopped it right on my new clean carpet and left a stain. My vanity mirror has still not been returned to me and I have not even been called to set up a time to get it back. Closets were not checked before moving out many things left behind. I paid too much of a tip in advance they didn’t go above and beyond service and I had moved so many items out of my apartment to help them I feel that I was over charged by an hour. No protective respect for the new place just walked all over everything with dirty shoes. Very amateurish would not recommend this company

This was an outstanding experience! Stephanie, Demetris, Josh and Muhamad were OUTSTANDING! Everyone was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Every year we order a POD and cancer survivors, caregivers, volunteers, and staff pack the POD and it is a true undertaking. Having the support of Two Men And A Truck was seriously priceless. Stephanie came by the American Cancer Society office and assessed our inventory and told me the options. Then Demetris and Muhmad came by the next day and loaded up the truck in a blink of an eye. The next day Josh and Muhamad unloaded everything and helped us with the event! Stephanie and Demetrius came to the event and also helped out with our event. After the event was over Muhamad and Josh unloaded everything at our office. We are eternally grateful!!!

I was in need of having furniture moved inside my home and was pleased when I inquired to find out that an internal move was available to me. The movers greeted us with pleasant personalities and assured us that they could get the job done! I was pleased and they moved efficiently and swiftly moving the furniture to the designated places. They did a good job! I would use the service again! Thank you!
