The people arrived on time for the move. the worker were very nice and respectful. they moved everything and put my things back together. The only problem i had is that one of the workers had broke 3 of my pictures and he said he would get back with me and never did, but over all the move was good and they did it in a timely manner.

Desmond, Key, and Nigel were very nice, professional, and took good care of our belongings. There was confusion about having to move our things to a house that has two floors, but they just pressed on and got the job done! We have particularly heavy dressers, and they managed to get them upstairs. I will definitely recommend!

Angela, who took my initial moving request, was very cordial, professional, and gave me excellent feedback along the way. The movers, Desmond W, Keiondus B, and Nigel P were professional, courteous, upbeat, and accommodating. They had to move very large items and make adjustments to accommodate for them (a very large 2-piece desk specifically). They worked their butts off!!! I could not have asked for a better moving experience. I would definitely recommend this company--from office staff (beginning) to movers (end)--to everyone! They made my move as painless as possible. Kudos to all!!! Thank you!!!

My wife and I went to the office in Newport News to get a feeling about the company. After speaking with the office staff it was clear this was the company we wanted to use. The staff was so friendly and helpful we booked them that same visit . On moving day the movers were on time very positive about the move and the two young men worked their butts off. They were fast took great care of our items and no complaining at all. We had some real heavy furniture and they took it all in stride. The office called during the move to check on how things were going great customer service. Also the movers finished faster than expected saving us some money. I hope we never have to move again but if we do we know who we will call!

Great experience. Awesome team leader! I really appreciated their care and concern about my belongings and the respect they showed me. They were very hard workers with a great attitude. I would highly recommend to anyone. Price was also much more reasonable than the others I spoke with. Overall an excellent experience!
