Chris and Terrance were great! Very patient and courteous. Chris took the time to explain everything. He was clear and concise.

I have moved several times over the years, and this was the smoothest, least stressful move I have ever had. The guys were on-time and got straight to work. They took care of our things as if they were moving a family member. Would strongly recommend this company.

The 2 men who did the work were exceptional ! They were professional, and efficient. When I was faced with having to move somethings unexpectedly I was able to obtain the right services needed for a reasonable rate.

i hired you to move my mother into our home. i feel that she was taken advantage on on time and execution. a week previous we hired a company to move us 4,000sq ft and it took them less time than your movers to move my moms small condo. if my husband or myself were there i believe they would of worked faster. then to find out they did not disable everything and in turn broke two pieces of furtniture is rediculous. i spent more to move my moms 1400 sq ft condo than my 4,000 sq ft family of 5.
hoping the furniture is fixed in a timely manner and will never use you again.

The office staff was very helpful when I was getting a quote. I really like that the quote was written and emailed so that I could see exactly what I was getting. No hidden fees! I cannot say enough good things about the moving crew. They were fantastic. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. They were friendly and personable. My entire family was very impressed in their professionalism and strength! Thank you for making my parents move day stress free!

Both of the movers, Terrence and Keiondus were great. The team arrived on time and completed earlier than projected.

I’m prior military and moved a lot. I’ve experienced moves paid for by the military and moves I’ve paid for myself. This has by far been my best moving experience. The team was professional, cared for my belongings and fast. They didn’t try to take their time or send the old slow guy just to rack up the bill. The office was amazing for calling me multiple times to ensure everything was good and the moving team worked as a TEAM. They were in unison and seemed to genuinely get along and care for one another. Would definitely use again!

If the survey was solely based on the packing portion of the move, I would have rated them as "good". However, I was having my belongings put into storage at a friend's home. At packing time, the movers ensured me that my amount of belongings were only going to take about 30 minutes to unload upon arrival at the destination. But when we arrived, the movers decided to take over 60 additional minutes to unpack about 2 rooms worth of belongings. The team leader told me "you were quoted at 3.75 hours" I told him that the quote was the maximum amount of time. For true customer satisfaction, you want to accomplish the moving task as close to the minimum time frame. The moving team assigned to me was concerned about 1 thing: overtime pay. They worked as slow as possible when unloading.
