I called Two Men and a Truck first because our family had used them twice before and were pleased with the service and price. This time I needed a mover for the very next day to move my folks out of their 2 story house into a retirement community when an apt. came available. The office staff got us on the schedule and after a few questions provided a quote right away. The team, Justin, Lawrence and Diyyah did a fantastic job! They provided boxes at a fair price and took back the ones I didn't use to save me money. They were very courteous and helpful. They worked strategically and quickly to stay within the budget. And they worked well as a team treating each other with the same respect they showed towards me. I will definitely use the company again and refer to others!

The two young men, Austen was one and I cannot remember the name of the other person, were polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. Angela, from the office was efficient and pleasant. Service was outstanding in every way.

For the most part the experience was good. Although it rained and the truck leaked getting all our boxes wet. Also I lost a data stick that was packed away in a desk door (I take some of the blame because I forgot it was there). Hopefully the movers found it on the truck put it someplace else and we just haven’t come across it yet. I appreciate that our move was discounted due to the issues experienced. Good customer service on your part, thank you.
