They were on time, worked consistently, answered all my questions, and were pleasant to me. I would recommend them.

Our move was complicated by having to move things from our home & Assisted Living to new Assisted Living. Also that my husband is in a locked down memory unit. The guys were wonderful taking everything in stride!

Terence and his partner were professional, but approachable. They were both efficient and helpful. I can't remember the partner's name, but I asked if he would place my headboard. He did it better than I could have. These guys are on the money. If I move again hopefully I'll get the same two.

They had everything loaded in about an hour, but when it came it unloading and middle of the day, you could tell they were tired out. One of my chairs got damaged and I signed a report and was told I would hear from the office within 2 days. I never did and then I called and they never had anything. Glad I kept the chair, I had them pictures to prove.

Terrance and Lawrence were polite, neat and courteous. They were effective and efficient. They listened to my requests and followed through. I never worried about the items being moved because these two gentlemen were very cautious and thorough.

The movers notified me when they were on their way and I greatly appreciated that. They clearly explained the contract and verified the address where the furniture was being delivered. They disassembled the couch and reassembled it at the new address, and offered to carry my old couch to the curb. Very knowledgeable and very polite.

Justin and DeRon were very professional and courteous. They worked hard the whole time and did a good job taking care of our furniture while moving it out/in and loading it on the truck.
