Overall services were excellent. However, one of movers didn't move the shelf correctly and with assistance that caused a deep scratch in my wooden floors. I was able to fix it for the most part. The gentleman apologized. He was a hard worker and wonderful person.

Very happy with the services. movers showed up on time, ready to go and handled my belongings with care. Will definitely use them again!

i have moved many times and I'm very happy with the service I received from Two Men and a Truck movers. I was impressed to receive communication throughout the move. Booking my move was smooth, got a confirmation email spelling out what was expected with clear pricing. It was a Saturday move and the supervisor called letting me know that even though the move was scheduled after their office had closed he was still available if I had any issues. David R., the driver, called before he arrived. He said they were ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK to come early. Both David R. & Devin S. did an outstanding job! They got right to work, did not rush, and finished under the scheduled time. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to others and will use them again. Well done!!

My experience was great. Richard L and Darius J moved my things extremely quickly and efficiently , and had them unpacked and put back together in my new house within about 2.5 hours. I was very impressed. The company also squeezed me in last minute. I would recommend these guys to anybody, the movers were great!

I've used the company before but on the Southside of Hampton Roads. I did call some other companies for pricing and didn't get better prices or fast responses. I am very happy I went with Two Men & a Truck. Great guys. Very friendly and they finished earlier than the estimated quote, saving me money! I will recommend them to everybody.

The two men that performed the job were careful, helpful, and worked well together. They are a great team and they did a great job. I would hire them again.

On the poor rating concerning the value, I feel the time the customer pays for the service of unloading a truck should start when the crew arrives where the truck is to be unloaded. The services are for unloading only. Also, sending your crew out in your large moving truck to unload a customer only, it would be more cost effective to use a smaller vehicle for their transportation. You could still have the small vehicle decked out with your advertising logo. Thank You.

The office staff was amazing in assisting with our needs before and after the move. I ended up having two moves because the first movers did not do the best of jobs due to one mover having a poor attitude and rushing my move. Due to this, the office staff was excellent in supporting again by providing additional support to correct the initial movers errors. So thank you Stephanie, and Damien's team. I would suggest there being a clearly defined person in charge so what he/she says goes. If this is already in place, it wasn't apparent to me due to discussions back and forth.

I was very happy! I have had a couple of moves in the past few years with less than good quality companies that had lots of hidden costs and lots of damage to my things, and disatisfied employees who showed it in their work.... I was so happy with Two Men and a Truck here in Hampton Roads, I will use again and recommend to others
