From the local Newport News VA office to the actual movers everything was outstanding. The 3 movers were polite and professional. They had to disassemble a desk set to get it upstairs and they did a super job. Will be using this same office for another local move in a week or two. Excellent service.

Troy and Austin were amazing, very helpful and knowledgable. They were very careful with all my belongings and careful not to damage my apartment in the process. Considering how small my space was and how large my belongings were they were very careful from unloading to bringing it inside. They were great from start to finish!

In general this was a good experience. The team was prompt, polite, and worked hard to take care of my moving needs. However, I had stated that I had a piano to be moved, and this team had never moved a piano before. I would have been more satisfied if the team had had some experience moving pianos. All in all, they did OK with the big, old, ancient instrument, but it was definitely a struggle for them! Unfortunately, there was some minor damage to my newly painted woodwork when they moved a huge desk ... probably unavoidable, but disappointing none the less. They had to remove a couple of doors to get the piano and desk out ... after replacing the doors and leaving, I discovered one of the doors doesn't close properly ... will need to get a contractor back to fix door & paint damage!

The crew was super helpful, and went above and beyond. Desmond is awesome. Give him a raise!!

The office staff, however, failed to even tell the crew they needed specific equipment to move the 600# safe on our order. I confirmed THREE TIMES with the office staff that they would be prepared to move the safe, and we still had to call day of to have them fix it. They did, but not until the next day which cost me more time in our move.

The movers were late due to a previous job but I was,notified of the delay. They did a quick and thorough job with minimal damage to my property but they were very nice the whole time.

I had used your services 2 time in Texas to move my dad to Assisted Living facilities, so it was natural to call you in Virginia to move my things from a Pod to my new storage unit. The movers were courteous, hard-working, friendly and informative. They showed that they actually cared that my belongings were safe and would be in good condition when I finally moved into my home. They gave me tips on how to preserve my wooden furniture. They arranged the items in a way that I can access the boxes that I'll probably need to reach in the next few months. When I find my new home, I hope that the same team can come help me make the big move!

Our move was a little different than most and heavy. The men that were sent to do this were very fast, efficient, and did their work in a cooperative and group effort. They were all very pleasant individual. We would definitely want that team again to move things back.

The experience we encountered with Two Men & Truck was excellent. The movers, Christopher, Lawrence, and Austin (who was in training) offered and did service beyond our expectations. Great job guys.

worked well with having to change dates. weather was a hindrance but they continued to work until the safety of all became an issue.

My two movers showed up right on time just before a hurricane. They worked steadily and as a team. Even though this wasn’t a huge move, they were done (travel included) in less than 3 hours.
