Day 1 packing was acceptable except the crew took too long to pack my things, thus exceeding the estimate time and costs.
Day 2 moving was a disaster, crew arrived unprepared, ill equiped, and with an attitude. I had to personally drive the lead worker back to the office to pick up required tools. Damaged walls, doorways, carpets, and my personal property. Two workers appeared untrained and totally inexperienced, the lead worker spent valuable time managing them rather than doing his duties. Move started at 0830 AM and ended at 10:30 PM, totally unacceptable. Only redeeming factor was I sucessfully negotiated with office staff to pay the estimate with no additional charges and waived the damages. Will not use again.

The men were very nice and helpful. but my washer..... which is only 5 months old was dropped on its side and dented really bad all the way across. They really should have straps to do this. When lowes delivered it to my house those men used straps and it was easier and safe. I am upset because it is so new. It was heavy. My sofa was scuffed up and My bed had the plastic end protector on the box Springs ripped off. I'm mostly just upset about my washer.

The movers were friendly and very professional. But they did scratch up a few of my big furnitures.

Everything went well. They arrived on time and worked diligently. I do have some broken dishes and a smashed ceramic tile on my coffee table. When the ceramic tile smashed they were very apologetic. Really, was not their fault I should have packed the coffee tiles separately and used bubble wrap for the dishes. They did dismantle my bed for me and reassembled in my new home. They also unmounted my TV from the wall, which was very helpful. Very nice guys and finished up 15 minutes earlier than quoted. I would recommend you to others.

The movers did not have tools to break down the bed, which I advised I would need done when I booked the service. They would not transport my floor lamps. They put a big scratch on my hardwood floor. The washer hookup was stripped when they unhooked the washer and this caused a leak. One mover set my couch cushions on the wet ground. My fiance had to assist them in arranging the furniture in the truck. I was very disappointed for the service I got considering what I paid.

Lawrence and Nigel did an awesome job! They were efficient, very careful with my fragile items, and fast. I would definitely recommend and use again.

All I have to say is that 2 Men and Truck exceeded my expectations!!! The 3 men that we had were top notch. I would recommend this company to any and everyone that's moving. I surely will be using their service again.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent. They communicated with me each step of the way on the day of the delivery, they took care with the delivered item and my apartment, and they removed the packing material. Everything happened just as planned.

I can not say in enough words how wonderful Chris, Trevor and Juwan were throughout my move! Many words come to mind; professional, courteous, quick and proficient. Moving is stressful enough, but being faced with a moving crew that is sympathetic to your needs and is willing to go above and beyond is refreshing, to say the least. I look forward to the survey and I will "spread the word" about the Three Musketeers at 2 Men and a Truck!
