The two young men that loaded us were friendly and quick on loading and unloading. I will say I wish they had used more moving blankets/pads. We had quite a few pieces that got scratched, nothing major but it is noticeable. Had two pieces that we filed damage claims but considering they got everything in one truck we were happy.

You might be good at local cross town moves but you should not go any further. Your truck was so crammed with my furniture that several pieces were damaged. Prior to leaving my home, one of the movers dropped a glass shelf on the floor and made a deep hole. He said that he took pictures and that Kurt would definitely get in touch to fix it. 3 weeks later no one has reached out. There’s more.

The team showed up on time, helped unload the U-haul truck as requested and helped put together furniture as requested (new king-size bed, new kitchen table and chairs, which had to be assembled from packing boxes). We would like to thank them for the good job they did.

A lot of people don't know that we also help with unloading your moving truck if you need a couple extra sets of hands. When we show up, we come prepared with all the equipment and tools needed to help you settle into your new home quicker!
