Alan Schow
General Manager
I joined the team in November 2016. What I love most about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Salt Lake City is the unique and complex challenges that the moving industry provides. I also love the fact that we are in a position as a premier moving service that allows us to positively affect the lives of people during some of the most stressful times of their lives. When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with my amazing wife and family. I have 5 kids that are very active and I love attending their many dance competitions and sports events. I also enjoy Mountain Biking and staying active however I can. I love exploring the Utah Mountains with my wife and we recently hiked seven miles up Big Cottonwood canyon to Desolation Lake. I start most of my days with a vigorous workout and then follow up with personal study before I start my workday. I also love good movies and working with my hands in my spare time. The words of wisdom I offer my teammates is to be anxiously engaged in good causes. When you actively work to improve yourself, or your situation, the natural consequence is a positive change.
Two Men and a Truck, Move Consultant, Customer Service Representative
Missy Packer
Move Consultant
Though Missy hasn’t been in the moving industry long, she has quickly developed a love for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and their core values. Missy truly cares for each of our customers and goes out of her way to ensure that all of their needs are met. On top of that, she is great at explaining what actually happens on move day. A lot of peace of mind can come from knowing what to expect when our movers show up.
Salt Lake County Moving, Moving Services
Shelly Bird
Business Support Specialist
Shelly is a very valuable asset to our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family. She keeps us organized and makes sure that the proper amounts are charged to the proper people. With her on the job, you can feel confident that your information is protected and secure. Shelly is also a backup Move Consultant, so if you get her on the phone feel free to ask her all of your relocation questions!
Chad Harrison
Quality Control Manager
Hopefully you don’t hear ever hear from Chad. As our Quality Control Manager, Chad ensures that if there are damages on any of our moves, the damages are taken care of. Whether that means they are repaired, replaced or cashed out it really depends, but feel free to suggest which option would make you feel the best. Chad works with vendors all over Utah to ensure that the work completed is the very best. Truth is, sometimes hiccups happen on moves and that is why we have a gentleman like Chad dedicated to helping you overcome those hiccups without leaving a sour taste in your mouth.

Meghan Varley
Move Consultant
I’m Meghan, I have 10 years of customer service experience, and three of supervisor experience in the customer service field! I have worked in many different areas of customer service, from retail to call center! My most recent position was with Golden Customer Care, located here in Salt Lake City Utah! During my time with GCC I was promoted from CSR to Supervisor in seven short months, managed a team of 20 – 30 agents, worked on quality assurance calls, needed spreadsheets, and a whole lot more! I spent three years with the company before I decided to leave to spend time with my daughter. I am a single mom of a beautiful five year old, redheaded little girl! When I’m not working I am home with her, usually knitting or crocheting something strange, like a puppycorn (puppy and unicorn mixed) or some sort of geek culture item. I have lived in SLC for the majority of my life, with the exception of living in San Diego off and on for five years. Utah is my home, and I truly feel that I belong here! I’m very excited to start the newest chapter not only in my life, but my career path, here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! I feel that my background and experience will be a welcome addition to the team! I’m looking forward to working with everyone and learning more about the moving industry.
