I'm just now finally unpacking and finding the damage to my property. In spite of pads on my antiques and dresser, there are dents, scrapes, dings and chips. My clothes was thrown in a bag on hangers without being shrink-wrapped. The new hire trainee was not monitored well when packing.

Moving can be very stressful but the staff was great to deal with and the movers were very professional and I would highly recommend these guys!

Everything was fantastic; my only complaint is that I was told it would be $145/hour, and when the movers arrived, the paperwork said $155/hour. I needed the job to be done, so I didn't argue.

Everything went great! It was a smooth transition.

The manager was argumentative. He tried to pull movers off my mover due to improper scheduling. Didn’t come out to our home to see the challenges. CSR was new and didn’t quote properly. We have damaged items. The crew was great until the last hour when they left items at our home and we spent the next day moving.

The service is great. Your phone lines are terrible. It is very hard to get through to the office staff.

Everything went pretty good until the walk through at the house we moved from. Ding in the wall. Then gave a pretty good tip to the crew only to find they damaged wife's makeup counter. Not one of them owned it. 500+ in damage.
