Both movers were curtious and careful. The helped arrange my property as I wanted, took great care to protect and place it where I wanted and did so reasonable time. I will definitely consider these guys in future moving events. They did a great job.

I used your service before and the service was excellent. This time the head mover kept telling me that the office team did not do a good job at documenting what needed to be moved. After his complaining to me, I told him that was between him and the office team. He also told me that the other mover was new and that he needed to train him while he was moving me. I felt I got 1 and a half men and a truck, not 2 men. They way they loaded the truck was also poor. For only having a small 1 bedroom apartment, they loaded it in a way they took the whole truck. I hauled the rest of my belongings in my pickup truck.

We hired your company to move us. We ended up having to spend 4 more days moving ourselves. You sent someone out to put together an estimate for our move. When the movers showed up what was estimated was not what showed up. We were supposed to get 4 men and 2 trucks. We got 4 men and 1 truck. Plus they were booked for another move that day. So they couldn’t complete the move. Hence the reason we have now had to spend 4 more days moving ourselves!

I wrote “no” to recommending only because the movers took longer than expected, so it was more expensive. Supplying one more mover would have made the job go so much quicker. Not sure I understand the “two men” thing. Just takes a lot longer to do the job. Plus they didn’t move everything. They left some plastic storage bins in the closet, so we had to make other arrangements for those afterwards. Only one of the movers seemed experienced and was really on top of things. The other seemed to just be there taking orders from the other guy. If only two movers are being sent, they should both be capable to work independently and not have to rely on the other so much. Slows the process down.

The office staff and moving crew were amazing. We did find one chunk taken out of our newly painted walls and one in our new wood flooring. This is my only complaint.

We were hesitant about having to use a moving company after reading so many negative experiences online. We chose Two Men & A Truck after reading through every possible review. We couldn’t be happier. Our movers were efficient and organized. Our belongings were taken care of, and nothing was broken or lost. More importantly, our young children were treated with respect and not at all like an inconvenience, making the experience of an interstate move much easier on them, and us. We will be using Two Men & A Truck for our next move when the time comes.
