I had a follow up call from someone on Monday and she said I would be receiving a call from customer service. To date, I’ve heard nothing. The two men were EXTREMELY slow, made them sign for an additional 2 hours and dumped the bedroom furniture off in the middle of the floor and left. I’ve used Ohio teams and they are much faster and really hustle to get the job done quick and efficiently.

Both men were super friendly and took extra care with larger items. They were fast-paced and completed the job within the estimated time.

Darrin and Jordan were courteous, careful, and efficient. If I need Two Men And A Truck again I hope I can request them!

Moving Team was great!! They were on-time and and very courteous. They took excellent care of my household furniture.

I am very pleased with my overall experience with two men and a truck and especially the two men who drove the truck and did the physical labor. I would give them 10 stars and very high praise if possible!!!

One mover worked diligently but packed poorly. When I unpacked, discovered many items touching (wood to metal, etc). I had ample (48) blankets to protect. I had 2 dozen straps, none were used to secure. Mattresses dragged across ground and stained/damaged. Moved myself in past. KNOW this can be avoided. One mover talked too much/moved at leisurely pace. Texted and on phone often. Said he managed office. I shouldn’t pay for that time.
In spite of all this, I tipped them $20 each would not have if I knew how they packed and damage.
Offered a third mover to speed things up. He often stood around and discussed strategy with other two, showed no initiative and had to be reminded what to do next. Ultimately I wasn’t charged for this mover. I paid half your rate for better serviceon other end.

I applied online received the quote and then called to schedule. I didn’t receive any confirmation email or call. The day before our move I called 3 times and was never able to reach anyone in the office. The day of the move they arrived within hour they said. There was one mover who was not as motivated as the other two and they kept trying to keep him on task. The movers did a good getting all of our furniture out of our old house. When we got to our new house they made marks on the walls. Dented the ceiling. Our fridge door handle was damaged and they didn’t put a screw back in our fridge door handle and didn’t tell us about it. Our kitchen table was damaged. I was not impressed with the condition of our furniture and appliances that they moved.

Hi my experience with your company was a very bad one - I had 3 upright pianos moved to different local homes and 1 of them was dropped by your employees. A board on the bottom of piano is cracked and a wheel is pushed into the wood and turned backward. The piano no longer sits level. The local manager, Mario told me he'd take care of getting it fixed and would call me or have a furniture repair vendor that he works with call me that day or the next - no call. I called the next day , was told Mario was on another line and would call me later that day - no call. I've begun the process of disputing the charges to my Visa card. I want someone to fix the broken part on the bottom of the piano. I'd appreciate Mario being a man of his word and actually calling when he said he would. Janet

Everything went well, except a few scratched on a couple pieces.
We have a piano, so we expected the extra rate and extra man, but then the piano wouldn't fit in the elevator, so we paid a piano mover too, a week later to get that moved. Wish we could have avoided that mess.

When a box is marked "fragile" it means something is breakable in that box. Boxes marked "books" should never be placed on fragile boxes.
