They were great with packing up my house, but I couldn’t be at the storage unit for unloading, but gave instructions that certain items needed to be at the front of storage unit, however upon first viewing the unit, it is completely unorganized and the items I requested to be up front are scattered throughout and not even together or all up front as asked.

The whole experience from notification to final move-in was perfect. The guys are wrapped the furniture in heavy blankets and then saran wrap that so my furniture was perfectly safe and they put flooring down so they wouldn’t track in dirt and patted all the corners.

The two young men that moved my husband’s furniture back to my home were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. They were the best in my book. And I thank them for taking my dirty carpets and other junk that I had in my garage. They were kind and very professional. Thank you for the great experience. I will definitely use your services again if I need them in the future.

I want to commend Curtis with his exceptional hard work. He is truly an asset to the company. He is a true leader and does not hesitate when asked. He assembled my furniture back in order and when I asked for help putting the furniture protectors under the heavy furniture without hesitation he replied”yes”. The whole team was exceptional including the sweet receptionist who initially took my call.
