I used you guys back in June and was very very impressed with my moving team. I ended up moving again this last weekend and was very disappointed with the two guys who moved me. I watched James repeatedly drop my stuff. He also hit my walls twice with metal bed frames. And took paint off the front door threshold with my couch. Luckily, my couch was wrapped. The ottoman was not and has a stain.

Thanks to our hard-working moving team for a great job on what was a very long day for them, with the move before us.

I called to ask for a detailed and corrected estimate/invoice, but all I got was what the movers left me when they left. The initial invoice was for 2 men, but we had 3 and at a different rate. I was hoping to get a corrected invoice/estimate, but it was never emailed to me.

I had always heard good things about the company so hired them. Very happy with the job that they did. On time, professional, careful with my belongings and easy to work with. Jonathan and Juan were a great team. Will call them again for the next move. It was a trying time for me and they made it easier. Thank you so much.

I first had our move set for Nov 1st however I arrived at my Mothers and discovered nothing had been packed. My mother has Alzheimers and had unpacked the night before but Dante and the team allowed me to reschedule and were so kind to me and could hear the desperation in my voice. I then had Melvin and Gerald move us and they were awesome! Thank you!

The office staff was very helpful and professional. Overall, the movers were good. Some of the boxes were not labeled correctly and some of the cabinets were not packed and moved. I had to go back and pick up more stuff than I expected. Due to the boxes not being labeled correctly, it took me three days to find my Apple TV box and the cables I needed to watch TV, especially the TV power cord.

Jeremiah and Patrick were amazing!… The service was great and I hope to use you guys again in the future!

Get better help that doesn’t sit on their phones while the customer pays by the hour. Or laughing and joking . How about they have tools on site because they could let take apart my furniture because the lack of resources. I was better off doing it myself
