The only issue we have is being billed by the hour. The crew of 3 guys had called and said they were 40 minutes out at 12:30 pm, yet it was only going to take them 20 minutes to get back which didn't make sense. There should be a set trip charge. Plus, their iPads weren't working, so it took a lot longer to cash out, only adding to our service time. We paid more than what we were quoted.

Hi Ann Marie, thanks for writing a review. We do use a port to port billing process, meaning you are charged time to get to and from a destination. This was elaborated to you during your first initial call with a Customer Sales Rep when creating your estimate and the pre-move letter you signed. They did a great job. They were fast yet careful. They kept checking with me if I needed anything. I had a ton of stuff and wasn't sure it would all fit, but it did.
My daughter and her family also used you to move in February, and she also had a great experience.

The gentleman that were assigned to my route were AMAZING! Moving can be a stressful event in itself so my seeing their positive attitude and professionalism had a great impact! Their knowledge in answering my questions, being efficient & timely also made this moving experience that much better! Great employees are hard to retain. May these two be given the appreciation they deserve!
