My previous moves left me with absolutely putrid experiences, and I tried my best to not have to use a moving service. I am now upset that I didn't call sooner. My team was the absolute model of professionalism; showed when they said they would, were attentive to all directions, handled my most precious belongings even better than I do myself, and left me jubilant and looking for more to move.

The 2 gentlemen that moved me were very polite. They worked hard and were very efficient. they put things where i asked when putting things in new apartment. I appreciated their professionalism and work ethic.

Team was two hours late showing up. When they arrived I was told another truck and team will show up and actually do the moving. I did paperwork and they left. Two young men were very inexperienced. The older was one was good. I only had a few large items to be moved since I already had most other things moved by family member. I was very unhappy with this company. I would not recommend them.

I moved from 1 home & the rest of my items from storage. I signed a waiver BELIEVING IT WAS FROM ONE LOCATION & thought I was going to sign ANOTHER FROM THE STORAGE. WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN.
I MOVED INTO A NEW HOME OVER $500,000. MY $4K Vacuum cleaner was DAMAGED, THE RAIL OF ONE OF MY BEDS DAMAGED MY WALL AND BASEBOARD, MY WASH MACHINE WAS DAMAGED, THEY WRAPPED NOTHING. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
