The process for getting an accurate quote needs to be clearer. Boxes were not included in my quote and I had incorrectly assumed that they were included given that this was an apartment move. As such, the movers could only move the items I specifically mentioned plus whatever boxes they had time for.

Total rip off. My appt started at 12 and I was charged starting at 11am for time I didn't use, and not working being done. Contacting DMV.

We understand if there is any confusion but our moves begin as soon as we leave our office and end returning to. You had a 4 hour quote but your move actually only took 3.25 hours so it came in faster than anticipated. Please call and speak to our Customer Care Manager if you have further questions or concerns. The whole move experience was excellent. From the initial estimate, scheduling and actual physical move all stages were easy working with very knowledgeable staff. Moving crew kept me informed of arrival time and communicated well onsite. My personal items were treated with care and moved without issue. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any move.

The driver wasn’t very social or happy but the mover was social and happy. They got the job done quick and I appreciate that. They can come move the whole house too. Very good team.

Our movers were 2 amazing men! They carefully handled each item and were generous with their time and effort. They were also great about remembering where things had been. An added bonus! Great guys. I wish we had had one more mover to speed up the process though.

Due to an unforeseen incident our move was rescheduled, but Chris arranged to have our beds delivered that day which was a great concession. The entire moving team (both days) including Chris and Robert were fantastic. We would definitely recommend your company and will call if we need moving services again.
