This was my second time using Two Men and a Truck, both times were flawless. The office team was super helpful and efficient in getting my service setup. A few days after booking I had to change my reservation date, which I was super stressed about, but the nice lady that helped me out got everything rescheduled with ease! Robert and my entire moving team were great and took great care of my stuff

I used this company 3 years ago and I had a great experience. Laura was quick to find my previous information. We reviewed what I moved before to see if anything should be added or deleted. That process was efficient. Moving day, the guys arrived earlier than estimated, they got going and finished quickly. Melvin, Patrick and Eric worked hard and as a team. If I move again, I will call you!!!

The only issue we have is being billed by the hour. The crew of 3 guys had called and said they were 40 minutes out at 12:30 pm, yet it was only going to take them 20 minutes to get back which didn't make sense. There should be a set trip charge. Plus, their iPads weren't working, so it took a lot longer to cash out, only adding to our service time. We paid more than what we were quoted.

Hi Ann Marie, thanks for writing a review. We do use a port to port billing process, meaning you are charged time to get to and from a destination. This was elaborated to you during your first initial call with a Customer Sales Rep when creating your estimate and the pre-move letter you signed. They did a great job. They were fast yet careful. They kept checking with me if I needed anything. I had a ton of stuff and wasn't sure it would all fit, but it did.
My daughter and her family also used you to move in February, and she also had a great experience.
