Christopher, Richard and Armonte were our moving team. From Christopher scheduling and making sure the several changes I had before the actual move date were met, to Richard & Armonte letting us know they were on their way & keeping in touch throughout the packing and the move to the storage unit, the service was excellent. the office staff wrote down my phone number wrong and I could not be reached. Finally I called in.
One guy talked too much and moved too slow. The other guy was the worker.
The slow guy carried one item at a time until I said something.
I was quoted 2 hours and it was double that.
I am a senior on a fixed income and I planned $300 and the total$560.
My family was shocked at the way I was treated.
