I set a pickup time for 1/29/24 at 1:00 PM; however, they did not show up to 4:00 PM. They did not drop off the items until almost 6:00 PM. Also when they dropped off the items, they didn't even put the desk together correctly saying they didn't have the correct tools. This is quite unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Laura was efficient, accommodating and the bid was very accurate. Hector, Eric and Juan were clean, friendly, professional, fast, careful and thoughtful about placing my items. They made a tough time very easy to navigate. It is my 4th experience using Two Men and a Truck and the results have been wonderful every time.
