Miscommunication with when the movers is coming. I did not know that ETA is between 10-12.
Maybe highlight the price, hours, hourly rate, ETA, whats included in the price and sample paperworks that customer can read ahead of time instead of signing at end of move so they are fully aware of what they are signing. Over all, Richard, Dcaprio and Armanti did a great job.

Hi Dottie, when you spoke to a customer Service Representative originally on the phone, they do include the hourly rate, valuation charge, travel/fuel charge as well. According to our records this was all signed by you in the pre-move letter. We will make sure to take better note of this to our sales meeting for feedback though! We appreciate the opportunity to move you Dottie. We look forward to moving you in the future.
