I definitely appreciated the service given by office, the ability to plug in my moving needs by myself (how many boxes, etc.) , and the attitude of the movers themselves. However, I cannot overlook that my desk, the most valuable single item I own that I moved, was damaged by a mover placing the weight on one leg while trying to flip it for better packing in truck. The leg is snapped off. That is an unfortunate risk you take with moving but it did alter my overall impression of my move.

They broke my grandfather clock. They scratched and dented my oak an brass bar. They scratched up my bedroom dresser, and destroyed my storage "office" dresser. And they crammed everything from marked "tools" and "master bedroom " boxes in the office, which is why this has taken awhile. Not happy at all.

The damage to my home I left has now been repaired. I still have damage to my things on the other end. I was told it would be repaired quickly and I am still waiting.

They took 12 hours to move a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome. They cracked my green egg grill. They did not move all of my stuff. I had to go back to the house and bring items myself.

Overall experience was good. However, movers were unable to fit all boxes/belongings into the moving truck. It would be helpful to know they do not recommend transporting lamps / vases. I was under the impression they will wrap lamps/vases in protective cover for safe transportation. This is not a problem, however, if I had known earlier, I would make arrangements to store them safely in our storage room prior to the move, thereby allowing us to vacate premises quicker.
Upon delivery next day, back of dresser was broken (nails popped out), dent in back of computer desk, and large dent in big metal waste container. I paid for additional valuation, and would like reimbursement for damaged items. However, I have not been able to reach the company via phone (San Antonio location).

Ozzie & his team (Damien, Cesar, & Sam) were very efficient, respectful, professional, & personable. I’d recommend them to anyone. Although some kitchen drawers & pantry were overlooked on packing day, they quickly packed items on moving day. I appreciated Ozzie’s honesty when he gave me $10 found underneath a bed. I suggest office rep provide a hard copy checklist to homeowner when provide a home visit/estimate. The checklist should include items that movers cannot pack/move. I recommend rep explain that movers cannot remove anything from walls (a wall mounted mirror was not removed & not explained to me. I removed all pictures from walls, but not mirror. I did this on my own—it wasn’t explained to me). The water hose on my refrigerator was damaged—Ozzie completed a Damage Report.

The team arrived on time, explained the paperwork well and were extremely cooperative. The move was handled quickly and efficiently and both movers were polite and personable.

The movers, Kedra and Rick, were very professional, diligent, and punctual. Before moving my furniture they explained the process and answered all my questions. I would recommend this moving team to anyone!
