The guys were very fast. They didn't tear up my walls or floors while bringing furniture in the house. They damage 1 piece of furniture, but it was an accident. Not a big deal. I am being reimbursed. Kimberly was very punctual with calling on Monday following the Saturday my furniture was damaged. Will definitely use this company again for my future moves.

Two young men showed up on time and with phone call beforehand. I was a little worried that these young and not really buff guys could handle
the whole days move... I was greatly mistaken. They moved belongings in record time and only had one break. Great attitude and very polite. Minor issue finding the place but it's not on the map yet so I understand. Just a couple of broken glass wares but it was very delicate stuff... and cheap.

The guys that were in the 2 different crews were great people with great attitudes. The real issue was that 1 dismantled a large piece of bedroom furniture that had many components and the other had to assemble it sight unseen. The large bedroom furniture, I actually had some experience with and ended up helping even physically to get it put together. I was stunned that 1, a different crew was asked to assemble items they did not take apart themselves and 2, they were not provided instructions to help them. In then end the 2nd crew was not setup to be successful and look great in front of the customer. Ultimately, as the customer we literally paid for it by the hour! On top of that 4 items were damaged including our 4K 65” TV. Thank God we paid for the extra insurance.

The team showed up on time and called prior to arriving.
The team of three introduced themselves in a respectful manner they carried throughout the move.

The beginning of the move involved one of the gentleman explaining the paperwork I had to sign, which I would have rather read and signed prior to the move date. Having the paperwork prior to the move would have allowed me to read everything thoroughly since the time was being charged throughout this time.
The gentleman loaded the truck in about 1hr, which I calculated to be similar to the previous movers unloading
What concerns me, is the time it took the men to unload the truck. The storage unit is located 3.5 miles from my home.

There is not enough space to share my comments and considerations.

Overall, the service was excellent; however, some property damage occurred. Additionally, the size of the move was under-estimated and the movers required two trips to the destination to move everything. However, I have to commend the moving crew since they stayed very late to ensure that the job was completed.

The service was below par, the office called to confirm my move and had my 3 year old address rather than the one I had provided. The packing went okay but labeling was erratic which resulted in boxes going to the wrong address, some of my belongings were going into storage and other to my new address. When my belongings were delivered much of the labeling was ignored and I had to move to the proper places i.e. garage rather than bedroom. I am responding to the third request to provide feedback, if I don't respond first time subsequent requests are deemed to be harassment. Some items were damaged with no offer to compensate.

Hard workers, up beat, followed instructions, listened. Explained procedures and paperwork clearly. Worked as a team. Took care of my heavy antique 1878 piano.

Only 1 piece of furniture was damaged, and missing the bolts to my kitchen table.

The only problems are we are finding breakage on some items. We have taken pictures and when we are completely unpacked we will submit an claim. Damage seems minor at this time dishes, picture glasss and some damage to furniture. Gary
