My service was horrible. They lost the bolts to a bed frame. And a power cord to the sofa.

The resolution from the team lead was not acceptable, but I had no other choice.

We apologize for any mistakes on this move. Please call our Claims Manager. Check with us to see if the cord or bolts were turned in. The trucks are all checked before they go out and when they come back so they might have turned up. 210-280-1961. Thank you!

The process for getting an accurate quote needs to be clearer. Boxes were not included in my quote and I had incorrectly assumed that they were included given that this was an apartment move. As such, the movers could only move the items I specifically mentioned plus whatever boxes they had time for.

Total rip off. My appt started at 12 and I was charged starting at 11am for time I didn't use, and not working being done. Contacting DMV.

We understand if there is any confusion but our moves begin as soon as we leave our office and end returning to. You had a 4 hour quote but your move actually only took 3.25 hours so it came in faster than anticipated. Please call and speak to our Customer Care Manager if you have further questions or concerns.
