We had Two Men and a Truck move our son in 2019 and again in 2024 and we were very satisfied with their technique of moving items and covering to protect them too. The crew were friendly and got right to loading after asking questions. We made it easier by labeling our items to go to each room. Team work it works well. Will use this company again in the future.

I appreciated the initial overview before they 2 men started working. They put together a plan and executed. They listened to my concerns especially since I was moving my elderly mom to her assisted living. They were both very respectful and mindful of her feelings.

When I booked the job I was informed there were no minimums and the cost was based on a per hour basis. When the movers showed up they already had alloted 5.5 hours needed for the move and surprise surprise it took the movers right around 5.5hrs to completely move me. Just be more upfront with how you operate and don't pre-determine how long it's going to take to move someone.

Several issues occurred during the move; broken items (some that were hidden from us and we had to discover), workers standing around on their phones while work needed to be done, rude remarks said to my wife, etc. What I would consider to be a large issue occurred in the way the agreements were presented to us that caused a massive issue resulting in not having coverage of damaged items.
