Movers did not explain procedures correctly and when they performed job without customer fully aware of procedure and then they damaged property during move company would not take responsibility for damages. Movers also took their time constantly looking at there phone to see how long they were taking and making sure they were dragging out the time it took to perform job so the cost of move would be more than expected.

Furniture was not thoroughly protected even though the movers were instructed to use protective blankets. Expensive pieces of furniture were damaged.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the service provided and the total cost of services. Our total cost exceeded the estimate range. We had three men and one truck. Two of the men were new, which made it difficult for the more experienced mover to work efficiently. We had property damage, furniture damage and furniture left at our originating location. The experienced mover was very professional and apologetic. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the work. He really tried to accommodate us and make us happy. Unfortunately he found himself training the newbies and trying to cover up for their lack of experience. The company needs to be aware that when they send men out to do the job, if two of the men are inexperienced for a large job, this will ultimately cost the customers more.

I had my house quoted to move 16 "2 man" items. The quote came in at 6.5-8.5hrs. I was able to get alot more done myself and reduced the items to 1 B-frame, 3 dressers, 1 B-frame w/ mattress, Dinning rm table, 2 couches and 10 pre packed boxes (Add). Once we arrived at my new home we moved the items and the other mattresses I already took over into their rooms. I did not have them put anything back together due to how long it was taking. It was a hot day so maybe that had something to do with time but I cant imaging what the cost would have been if I did not move alot of the items myself or had them reassemble everything. I did notice a few marks on my walls and a chunk of wall texture. I would recommend updating the quote system or plan for maybe double the cost if your going to hire them

The movers were polite and efficient. They did not waste any time loading and unloading and placed items where i requested. They took care to wrap items and nothing was damaged. The only negative was that they turned my sewing cabinet and my dresser upside down to load and unload, so all the inner contents were tossed around. the sewing table spilled everything onto the floor when they set it down, and i am still looking for jewelry that got displaced in my dresser. Otherwise the experience was great.

Oscar and Andrew were very nice and engaging. They were an hour late with no explanation. Great personalities and packing went well. The loading part could have been better. They didn’t use all the blankets I rented but there were several items of furniture rubbing on each other. A heavy desk top on a fabric couch left marks.

The guys were very fast. They didn't tear up my walls or floors while bringing furniture in the house. They damage 1 piece of furniture, but it was an accident. Not a big deal. I am being reimbursed. Kimberly was very punctual with calling on Monday following the Saturday my furniture was damaged. Will definitely use this company again for my future moves.

Two young men showed up on time and with phone call beforehand. I was a little worried that these young and not really buff guys could handle
the whole days move... I was greatly mistaken. They moved belongings in record time and only had one break. Great attitude and very polite. Minor issue finding the place but it's not on the map yet so I understand. Just a couple of broken glass wares but it was very delicate stuff... and cheap.

The guys that were in the 2 different crews were great people with great attitudes. The real issue was that 1 dismantled a large piece of bedroom furniture that had many components and the other had to assemble it sight unseen. The large bedroom furniture, I actually had some experience with and ended up helping even physically to get it put together. I was stunned that 1, a different crew was asked to assemble items they did not take apart themselves and 2, they were not provided instructions to help them. In then end the 2nd crew was not setup to be successful and look great in front of the customer. Ultimately, as the customer we literally paid for it by the hour! On top of that 4 items were damaged including our 4K 65” TV. Thank God we paid for the extra insurance.

My TV stand was damaged during the move. The office staff were very helpful in getting it resolved.
