My experience with this company has been excellent / from packing to the actual move. Laura is amazing and so was everyone that helped me with each part of the process. Thank you for the help and exceptional customer service that you just don’t find much anymore!

I was not told before hand that travel time was included in our move time. i got 2 hours of moving, and over one hour of that was travel time for the movers. i only got about 40 minutes of moving time. i am currently pregnant and had to do a lot more stuff by myself. i don’t think 400$ was worth a 40 minute move. the movers were really nice and did great work but i wish it was communicated better

Our movers were very polite and thoughtful as they moved our things. They were efficient and moved quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

I have nothing to add that could improve upon the service. The schedulers were available to take our call after-hours on a weeknight, and everything went exactly as it was communicated to us prior to the move. The moving crew was on time, professional, and courteous! We would definitely recommend them to others, as well as use Two Men again.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the crew we had. They were extremely polite and helpful. I also know that they had a trainee with them nd I really liked how encouraging they were and advising him on best practices.

No one called back after Monday. Furniture damaged, tv and other items not loaded (but they did return), landlord's bench on front porch loaded first on truck and couldn't be removed, Rick lied and said we did final walk through, and I have no idea where the screws to my bed they took down are. I deserve a partial refund and reimbursement for my landlord's bench as well as for having to go buy r

The team that helped me was Mike (office) and George & Alex (moving). All were amazing!!! I had to make a few changes with Mike, and he was always prompt in calling back and taking care of the changes. Now regarding George and Alex, they were absolutely amazing! They were prompt, efficient and overall super nice. Even our conversations in passing were pleasant. Awesome experience, thank you!
