Office didn’t tell me they pack one day & move on the other. the crew didn’t have tools to disassemble the bed. The man packing the China was inexperienced & admitted it & took too long. They didn’t complete packing despite working only 6 hours. They left all the furniture to 2nd day. Next day was all packing time then they moved my furniture bare, without any protection (no shrink wrap, no pads, no use of glass boxes for Frames. In addition they left many sizeable miscellaneous items without boxes so when they moved to the storage the space was not fully utilized & there were no space to put anything else. I made a complaint and they deducted 2.5 hours. But I had to call to get another crew on 3rd day to protect & reorganize storage. Furniture was damaged in the move as it was bare.

The guys were great! Very well trained. Great Packers. Could not believe they could get me packed, moved out and everything in place in my new home so quickly. The cost was much less than my other estimate. I've already recommended them.

Started about an hour late due to Truck breakdown before arrival. The crew didn't have any tools and I ended up assisting with much of disassembling/reassembling process. They also dinged up walls in both houses.

Estimates on time were on the nose. Being a retired military with a lot of moves, this was important to me as waiting around is not my favorite thing.

The two guys were so accommodating in every way. They worked so hard to get it all done. They were so careful with all my belongings. I really appreciate their kind efforts.

Schedule was convenient; staff was very helpful in my understanding what the wervices were that I could expect; workers called to offer to arrive earlier than scheduled which was convenient for me; workers were three instead of two; workers were friendly, informal, helpful, capable of handling the responsibilities we needed to be handled; did the work eagerly and speedily; no grumbles - all evidence was that they appreciated the work and were happy to get this job completed as early as possible to save me money and to get on with helping remaining customers. All in all, a very good experience for my wife and me. Thank you.

Laura in the office was very good at keeping in touch with me through out the WHOLE process. Months before we made our move I had been in contact with her. She was very professional in checking with me to see if ready and if I had any questions. Eddie and Justin arrived on time, were very professional, fun, courteous, and worked very quickly and efficiently. As a side note both talented singers. Nice to hear and see them singing and working means they are happy. Our furniture arrived at our new home on time and it was unloaded as quickly and efficiently as it was loaded. Over all we are extremely satisfied and do recommend to any and all looking to move.
