The two young men talked/ joked around more than worked. Damaged my wife dresser, gouged the Amour, Laid the Plasma TV Flat and now it does not work, Fridge that has run for years does not work after being moved. Office staff was EXTREMLY RUDE on the phone and follow up email.

The office staff did not convey proper information about the charges. She provided a flat rate which turned out to be false when the movers arrived. One of the movers was on his phone all the time, even when moving. The movers had a callous attitude and didn't care for the belongings. There were a couple of damaged items due to poor handling.

1. Your San Antonio crew didn't have anything to protect the flooring and the carpet area. BUT my past experience with Two men and a truck and another relocation company both put down drop cloth or blue wrapping cloth when transporting on both my flooring and carpeted area. I asked your crew if they can do anything to protect my flooring and brand new carpet, they said No.

2. I was told they have experienced assembly and disassembly the piano and the treadmill. However, the guy who did disassemble my baby grand piano, didn't put together properly, with missing screws and uneven legs. I have a picture of how the job was finished, it was terrible. I was pretty mad why the guy didn't tell me the screw were missing or his assembly job is unfinished.

It was very hot i believe they should have take more breaks. Other that that the service was really good. Only 2 items were damaged but it was acceptable.

The truck was early and the men were courteous. Only issue is the glass in two large picture frames were broken. I will call when I have a chance to discuss that. Other then the glass great job.

We were extremely happy with their services and the loading experience. We provided our own materials because it was a cross country move. The movers were thoughtful and were able to pack an extreme amount of materials into the truck. When the truck was unpacked we found that our furniture had not been wrapped in blankets and had significant damage to the items. An art picture was destroyed and several fragile boxes were crushed. I'm afraid to open them to see the contents.

Movers did an excellent job only issue was a leak in the roof of the truck that got a couple boxes wet.

The move went just as planned. I was put on the schedule quickly and the services were exactly as expected. In fact the move ended up costing less than the quote. My team was quick and efficient. The only hitch was that my front door was dented in the move. But the team addressed my concern on the spot and reported it back to the office, who took care of issue. I was very happy with the honesty and professionalism of the move.

The two men who helped me move were excellent. I haven't looked at what I was actually charged on my credit card, but hopefully it is the same as the bill I was given by the two moving men. They took care of all my items and everything made it there. I had theft in my storage unit and someone broke a bunch of my expensive vintage items and I believe one of the men thought I was going to blame them for it. No, I am not like that. Anyway, they did what they were suppose to under an allotted time. It was a very humid day and they had to load up and unload lots of boxes up some stairs and the path was not an easy one to get to. My son helped them out as well. I wasn't able to give them a huge tip and told them this was all I could afford. Thanks.

The 2 guys went right to work and worked hard. They were both very courteous and conscientious.
They had a mishap with our antique buffet on the way off the truck to the storage unit, but pointed it out right away and apologized. I should have taken pictures but wasn’t thinking clearly. It is at the back of our unit and will have to remove everything to get to it, so will have to deal with it in the future.
I know things happen and the guys were working hard to get us unloaded, so we just have to deal with it.
We don’t blame them.
