Charging the customer for drive time should change . Because there is a charge for fuel??? When the movers get to the door time should start. Plus if we hire a company based on the name “ Two Guys” and a truck . That’s exactly what we should receive. Not one teen age girl and teenage boy? I understand equal opportunity employment but moving companies are paid by hour. I feel a minimum amount was moved and we didn’t even move a one bedroom apartment with very little amount of furniture in a two hour period? From one building to a building next door??? The charges also for 15 mins of paperwork??? What company does this when you already get all information during scheduling?? It’s not right to upcharge the customer so much. Charge the customer when you arrive, have paperwork done.

The move was good in beginning then they went for there 2 hour lunch. When they finally came back they were so slow they were going backwards. We were told 7 hrs and said ok. It took 6 hours for they were not experience leaders. But it took them forever to unloade the truck. My husband and daughter started bringing furniture in the house. To say the lease this was the worse move and most expensive move because the men just didnt know what they were doing. They didnt hook up the washer. The part to my bed the left at the other apartment. Let's just say they need to go with men who were trained well. I feel I deserve a refund. Yes this was the 3rd time I used you. Eldie needs a raise. He is the most experienced and professional mover I have ever seen. He explains the process and knows how to stack a truck. His mentoring to the newer employees is priceless. You need more like Eldie. 10/10 would use Eldie again.

Great experience all around. The move team, Steven and Jordan, were professional and courteous. And really hustled! I'd definitely be happy with them on our next move, and will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

Our movers were great, good attitude, listened to our concerns and were friendly and helpful with advice. Both Were knowledgeable with packing and moving.
