While they did show up on time, the movers damaged my furtniture. Tore my leather recliner. Knicked the wood on the dressers. My drawers were left inside the dresser, which I was told was fine. However when I opened the drawers the were jammed and my jewelry had all shifted, broken, tangled, you name it and it was done. Would of been nice to know they would be inverting the furniture when moving it.
They scratched the walls in my new home, as well as the front door.
I even took out the insurance claim and have not heard anything from the company to repair the damages.
Will not use again and will not recommend.

All the furniture was wrapped and moved into the truck. I didn’t know that taking the beds apart would not allow the movers to assemble the beds at the new location. That would have been helpful information at the time we made the reservation. The brackets to hold the shelves for the antique china cabinet were lost. They must have fallen out during the move. Unfortunately these brackets cannot be replaced. I’ve searched online and at local stores. Not sure how the shelves will be put back into the cabinet.
Other then those issues, everything went very well. Thank you making this move as smoothly as possible. Funny story. The same movers helped the previous owners move out of the new home!

Well, my overall experience was acceptable and it could have been better. A couple of the young men played and complained too much. I asked for my things to be stored in a certain way and it was not completely done the way I asked. I cannot reach the boxes I ASKED to be on the front so I can assess them. I guess he was the leader of the crew, I feel that he did not have total control of the team. A couple of them childish and just needed more control. I do have some damage items but I'll fix it. I am partially satisfied and I do not think I will use this company again. I have had BETTER!!

While the office staff was excellent, and the moving staff was friendly and had a very professional attitude, the inexperience of the moving crew was noticeable. They dropped items many times, needed a ton of direction, and blatantly damaged (not nicks, major dents) almost every piece of big furniture we had. And they were not upfront about the damage at all. Unfortunately I would not recommend the crew again as I’ve paid a little more in the last two moves (with the same furniture) with a more expensive company with zero damage.

Overall, I had a good experience with Two Men and a Truck Moving company. There was some damage to some property that I need to report.

I give movers Clifton, Rod, and David top marks across the board. They were professional, courteous, timely, and patient. There were no scratches on any doorways or walls from moving a packed two story home with large furniture pieces. There was no damage to furniture. Highly recommend this team. Thanks, Rick.

Your staff made sure I understood when to expect the moving truck to get to my house. They were on time and ready to work as promised. They were very nice.

Charging the customer for drive time should change . Because there is a charge for fuel??? When the movers get to the door time should start. Plus if we hire a company based on the name “ Two Guys” and a truck . That’s exactly what we should receive. Not one teen age girl and teenage boy? I understand equal opportunity employment but moving companies are paid by hour. I feel a minimum amount was moved and we didn’t even move a one bedroom apartment with very little amount of furniture in a two hour period? From one building to a building next door??? The charges also for 15 mins of paperwork??? What company does this when you already get all information during scheduling?? It’s not right to upcharge the customer so much. Charge the customer when you arrive, have paperwork done.
