Usually I have an amazing experience with this company the 6 times ive used them but this time... I was a little uncomfortable since the crew seemed a little careless with my stuff. When I saw they were not wrapping my furniture in blankets I spoke up and he did but they definitely could have been more caring of my articles. Two items were dropped/ banged up to where they may not be fixed. The actual truck lift put a nice gash into our driveway. I was a little upset on this times move.

The entire process was performed quickly, with expertise and with no issues at all. Extremely pleased with move.

I had to reserve the date twice as the first time I did not receive an e-mail confirmation. Other than that hiccup everything was fine.

I was very happy with the service provided. The movers were courteous, fast, and careful with my furniture. I would use them again for future moves and recommend them to family and friends.

Lead driver was not the best I’ve had by a long shot but his positive attitude was excellent, but I think his performance went down a lot because the other guy was so horrible, the other guy was cursing and complaining constantly right in front of me and he actually laid down on the floor and the lead driver had to tell him to get up and help him move my stuff this is unacceptable as far as I’m concerned! My family and myself have used this company several times before with absolutely zero issues!

There was a little confusion when I first contacted the company. I informed them that we needed the move on short notice and was told they were available but after I received the estimate from the consultant I was told they were booked. The manager worked us in and every other aspect was excellent!

The movers did an awesome job. They really went above and beyond. Overall, the whole experience was great

I was very much impressed with the handling of the furniture. Before the men even moved it out of the room, it was covered with a blanket and wrapped in plastic for protection. I expected some level of care, but to me, this went beyond my expectation of what they were going to do.

The two men that were assigned my relocation, were exceptional. They worked continuously from the time they rang the door bell until they delivered my furniture in another city later that evening, without an utter of complaint of being tired or how hot it was. They were professional men and was glad I choose this organization for my move.

If and when there is a move in the future for myself or someone I know, I would not hesitate to recommend two men and a truck.
