My movers were great. Their attitudes were very positive overall. They may have been a little lax about the care of some of my items but overall any damage sustained was to belongings that already had some wear. They finished well before the estimated timeframe so that saved me some money. You'll need to break-down items like beds, tables and such if you expect the same.

From getting a quote from the nice lady to the 2 young men who moved us, everything was great.

My only real complaint is that we were asked if we wanted our washer & dryer reconnected. The water lines for the washing machine were connected but turned off, the washing machine drain line was not installed at all, and the dryer exhaust was not connected (despite appearing connected). While I'm glad we realized exactly what wasn't connected properly before flooding the house or filling it with dryer exhaust, I wish the state of the reconnection was accurately communicated before they left.

I have had moving companies in the past that took a lot less time to move with even having more furniture and boxes to move.

The two young men who helped were punctual and treated my belongings we great care. They were efficient with their time and very friendly. I was extremely pleased with their work and I would love to use them again.

I had a great experience! The move was quick and efficient and I would highly recommend your service! I did however get 3 calls asking about my experience which I explained everything was great, a visit from a manager during my move to make sure everything was going good, and two emails to fill out this survey. Although the service was amazing, I did feel I was being asked for a lot of feedback regarding my move.

The guys were super polite and handled our items with care; however, they made a mistake when disconnecting the fridge and left the water dripping. I returned the next day to find my kitchen and office flooded. I called and left a message on your voicemail with no response. A couple days later someone from the office called me with no idea of my message but told me she was the right person to speak with regarding the instance. I told her that I would like a call back after work so that we could discuss, because I was in a meeting. I have not received any additional call. Plus they double charged me and then refunded my the double charge 10 days later.

Eldie and Jarryd were awesome! They arrived when promised and worked hard until the job was done. They were courteous, polite, and pleasant to be around. They never complained, even when we added something to the job. My husband called them packing ninjas! We had a unique situation and they were open and welcoming in dealing with it. We would absolutely use this company again and have no problem in recommending them to friends and family. Theresa
