You should explain your damage policy to the customer. I assumed if a piece was damaged you would make it right with the customer by either repairing or replacing.

Our damage policy is designed to offer the best resolution for situations like this. Based on the protection plan you selected, we can provide a cash payout of $0.60 per pound, which amounts to $90. This payout can be used toward repairs or other solutions as you see fit. Please let us know the best mailing address to send the check, and we’ll get that processed for you right away.

FANTASTIC CREW; THE GUYS WENT OVER AND ABOVE AS USUAL TO COMPLETE THE DELIVERY. YOUR FRONT OFFICE DID A GOOD JOB WITH COMMUNICATION WITH ME AS WELL. THE ONLY PIC I HAVE IS EACH INBOUND CALL I MADE WAS GENERALLY LEFT ON A VMAIL. THIS WAS AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY, AND I DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL BACK FROM THE LAST MESSAGE I LEFT ON SUNDAY REQUESTING ANOTHER PERSON DUE TO THE EXTRA BOX'S.

Movers were slow, inexperienced, I asked them to wrap some furniture, they didn’t and ended up damaging it while loading into the trailer. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

The service provide was great. The gentlemen wrapped and loaded our furniture in a timely manner. My only complaint is being charge from the time I am called and until movers return back to the office. I think that is ridiculous, especially being you charge a one time trip fee. Thank you.
