Tray and Tyrone were great. They arrived on time, loaded quickly and unloaded fast. Would use them again.

The team was careful with furniture. They wrapped everything carefully. It took longer than I thought it should to move the small amount of furniture we had. We ended up paying for 2 extra hours. All in all they got the job done.

My initial meeting was when I met Ted and he set up a schedule for my move. He said I know exactly who to send and his name is Alex. Alex showed up on Monday with his sidekick Mike. They worked long and hard wrapping and packing all day. Alex then showed up to move the furniture with Mike and Dante. Very hard workers and long days. Thank you. Thank you.

the team lacked training. They did not have gloves and complained a lot. One team member asked too many personal questions and seemed not to have much experience with moving.

Akex and his crew were very professional I wound use them again and will recommend to my family and friends

I had used Two Men and a Truck about a year ago on more of a long distance move. Was disappointed in the movers - very slow, kept taking smoke breaks, and several items are damaged. Paid more to move 2 miles than to move 50 and was disappointed that the company is no longer in Stafford as I'm sure I paid for the drive from Katy also. Unfortunately, wouldn't recommend.

Our movers did not move all our belongings and instead chose to pull things we had discarded at the curb for themselves thus eating up space on the truck. (Had to rent a U-Haul to finish the job!) Once the movers got to our newly built home, they damaged our walls including paint and drywall with a piece of furniture however did not mention this directly to us instead allowing us to find the damage later. The movers did not listen to instructions of where to place items/what rooms things went to and left items wherever they pleased. Additionally one of our TV's was broken by the movers. We addressed our concerns about damaged walls and property to the office staff but have subsequently received no response in how Two Men and A Truck plan to resolve the matter.

The guys were good, but some damage was done. One of the walls in one of the bedroom had a hold on it moving my desk out. The guys did tell me but I repair it. My wife white desk was also damaged. And one of our lampstands was also damage. I saw one of your guys picking up the lampstand from the middle and then it came apart. The threads are damage, unable to put together. Had to throw it away.

My main issue with the crew was their speed. They were significantly slower in moving big pieces that were moved previously by othermovers. They broke a part of furniture and also smashed the corner of house gutter with the truck backing up Also took a long time to disassemble furniture and they overdid it sometimes. On the positive note, they were helpful and had good attitude.

Needed to get a piece of heavy furniture from the maker (private business) to my home and make room for it once delivered. Team was prompt and quick with great care. Added three other moves during the session. Will def use again when the need arises as the experience was awesome.
