Professional service from the moment I called. Easy to ask questions and flexible to fit my schedule. I highly recommend this company and if I move again I’ll ask for the same movers as they were courteous, professional, and cared about my belongings. I loved that all I had to do was point and that’s where they would place my items. Highly recommend this company and recommend to ask for Daryl, David, and Shamar. They did a FANTASTIC job!

I contacted Austin with Two Men Movers a couple of weeks ago in early August to schedule to move my daughter's bed and misc items from my house in Spring Tx to her new rent house in Huntsville Tx as she is finishing her senior year of college at Sam Houston. The movers came to my house on time and were very courteous and thorough. I had informed Austin that my daughter's bed would very easy to assemble once moved to her bedroom at her new rent house as there were no bolts, screws or nuts as each corner of the bed frame had metal slots that would be very easy for the movers to setup into the headboard and footboard to assemble for my daughter. I asked my daughter how the move went once the movers were complete and she told me that they did not setup her bed. I was very disappointed!

Overall, our experience was great. David, Eric and Jamal were awesome. They were very respectful and attention to detail regarding wrapping and packing up our stuff from initial location. However, we did have some damage to our floors and drywall when attempting to move in the office desk. We have some deep scratches in our floor that we have submitted a claim form. Despite the damage, the overall experience was excellent and I would recommend your services to friends/ family. I appreciate the timeliness in contacting us regarding our damage and will be hopefully hearing back form you soon to discuss what your company can do for us regarding the damage. Thank you!

From the first contact with Steve and the last contact with Jovann, it was an easy and well guided process. The movers were careful, considerate and friendly. There were no surprises and everything met my expectations.

Those guys worked hard, worked fast, and seemed happy to be doing what they were doing. They made everything look easy and were very cooperative when we were indecisive about what room to put stuff in. I'll be using Two Men and a Truck for all my future moves.

Two issues I had. 1.) The contract, agreement and forms should be sent to customer before move to review all prior to move. I had issue with insurance coverage and having to read it while guys sat there on my time. Having ahead of time gives customer time to evaluate insurance coverage and options. If I would not have liked the terms, which wasn't happy with, now you cancel the move that day and waste everyones time and money. 2.) The only complaint I have about the guys is that they dripped sweat on several pieces of my furniture and wood floors and didn't wipe off. I know its hot, but they should have clothing or something to ensure this doesn't happen. Otherwise they were nice and did a great job.

Eric and Carlos were wonderful. They were friendly and polite and knew we had no idea what we were doing. They were quick and very professional. Moving our daughter from a second floor apartment was a most dreaded experience and these 2 guys made it so easy. If my husband and I decide to move, this will be the first phone call I make. I work at a school and I have told everyone to call ya'll if they are moving. Thank you. Thank Eric and Carlos......

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant to work with. We had to reschedule several times and the staff were very understanding and made it so easy to reschedule our move.
The movers took extra special care of my precious furniture and my piano. They were efficient and careful all at the same time.

Two Men and a Truck had donated services to a non profit that I worked for. We served children in foster care and we had a great number of bikes to move for a Bike Rodeo we were having. It meant a great deal to the children and for that reason I directed my business to them. We were not disappointed.
