While the move team did a wonderful job, the office staff could have done a bit better. For example: 1) We were not told that refrigerators, washers and dryers had to be disconnected in order for the. to be moved. I had to find a neighbor with the skills to disconnect and then reconnect them at our new home. 2) The truck that was sent was not big enough to move all of our belongings, we've had to make multiple trips ourselves to pick up the rest of our things. 3) I had discussed needing help moving a large flat screen tv and was told they would send packing materials, yet the team was not informed and did not have the necessary materials.

The move team was so good! Great attitudes despite the terrible heat and very patient with me moving things around til just right in new home.

Our movers were Eric and Drayton . They were on time and moved the furniture from the upstairs like it weighed a feather . What they did in 2 hours would have taken us 5 hours and a lot of complaining. Thanks for offering moving services that we could afford. The guys were very hard working I hope you keep them around.

Had some larger items moved from one location to another across town and the crew of three did an excellent job! They were professional and moved the items and delivered them in a timely manner. Would use them again if the need arises!!!

Not only did they do a good job, they were pleasant and fun.

First Service: Personnel didn't brig the necessary tools to disassembly/assembly accordingly.
Second Service: The personnel didn't care correctly of the property, causing damages to the Main Door. Details are included in the report and, after two weeks, I have not received any call, email related to the incident and, how the company will proceed to repair the damage, that is not acceptable

I once again had excellent service with this company. The movers show up with a great attitude, are friendly and professional and handle everything with care. Top notch service.

The office staff followed up well in advance for planning via email, voicemail, and phone.
The moving team was on time, courteous, extremely efficient.

The guys worked hard and seemed to take great care of our things. All items went from a home to storage. All items were packed by us. Many note in boxes (lamps & furniture). We had antiques and other furniture that they wrapped carefully with plastic to try to protect them. Items are still in storage so we don't know if anything was broken -- hopefully not. They were extremely courteous & pleasant. We will use Two Men & A Truck again for our local moves.
