First of all, I hired Two Men and a Truck because I am a disabled veteran and I have nobody to help me. The company never told me about the hidden fee of service that included the trip to my apartment. Anybody with bad intensions would just take there sweet time in ariving. As soon as the team got to my apartment complex they remained in the truck listening to music for a few minutes. It took them a very long time taking my furniture down and I did not have much to move. I even gave them advise on taking my large sofa down the stairs wich would be easier for them but they chose the hard way and thats why they took long. One guy that took his sweet time taking small things to the truck and even saw him sitting down and right infront of me. I will not recomend this company to anyone.

The 4 guys that moved us were very fast...maybe too fast. Items that we ask to be put in a certain place, were not. An outside Bistro table and 2 chairs were put in back of house and I ask them to be put on the front porch. This table and chairs are to heavy for my husband or myself to move. Several pieces of furniture did not have the plastic removed. We can take the plastic off, I just don't think it is our place to unwrap any item. We have a roll top desk that they said I just needed to slide in 2 drawers, which we can't do. It has to be done when putting the desk back together. We can't fix this because it is too heavy for us. 2 Large pictures were left at our old house and we had to find someone to help us get them because we had to be out of the house. Not happy.

The catchy name stuck in my head, so I first thought of you when looking for a mover. The man answering the phone was so nice & helpful, the pricing seemed very reasonable & I liked that there were packages allowing for a smaller move (we just needed to move the heavy things). The hourly rate worked well for us, as we were moving just down the road. The men arrived on time, looking professional in their dress & appearance, very energetic, friendly & acting like they loved their job and coworkers. Joking and grinning all the time, they set about the business of getting everything loaded, quickly but still taking care of my things and the house. There was a tricky turn to get out the front door and down the stairs, but they navigated it efficiently and working as a team! Great experience!
