I would have rated higher but we are missing two important items. That being a Keurig coffee maker and my wireless printer. I plan to file a claim for these items.

From the phone call to the very end, Steven was great on getting all the information & the 2 movers were so good. we had trouble with one of the pieces of furniture fitting in the bedroom and they didn't get frustrated, they just helped us take it apart and took care of the situation. they were very professional, very conscientious of our furniture and the the overall service was above average. Would highly recommend & definitely we will use again! thanks again!

Generally, on packing and moving day, things seemed to go reasonably well. Truck was loaded and unloaded very efficiently and items placed in the new home generally where we wanted. 2 issues occurred on moving day - doors were damaged on 2 wardrobes due to wrapping the wardrobes to tightly, and the team managed to drop my treadmill causing some minor cosmetic damage. However, the biggest issue arose after the move was complete when we came to unpack our possessions. Our clothes and shoes were basically stuffed in the cardboard wardrobes - this may be efficient on the packing side, but created significant issues on unpacking, and will take a long time to re-press etc. Also, some of our valuable camera equipment was unwrapped and thrown in to boxes with pens, pencils etc.

The moving crew was great. Got after it as soon as they arrived. Curteous, freindly and great attitude. This was our third time to use Two Men and a Truck. Will use again if there is a need.

We were impressed with the professionalism and care iof our furniture until we realized an Apple Mac Book was stolen from my daughters room. When we called to report they told us we had to file a police report. Therefore the burden of proof is left up to us with no recourse from the company.

In case I have to move again for sure two men and truck shall be my movers

Very professional office representatives and a wonderful team of movers. Couldn’t have done more to accommodate our needs. I will highly recommend this company. Very pleasant, quick, hard working gentlemen.

The four men were quite nice. And I THOUGHT they did a fine job, however, apparently they did not work together and gave me
wrong info. I asked "did you get my lamps?" they, answered "YES" when in fact MANY things, including several lamps. Also damaged a
hanging clothes wardrobe was severely damaged and never brought into house.
I will NEVER use them again.
