I have moved 28 times in my life, and at this very moment have a very large shipment coming in from overseas. This - the move within Houston, from CityCentre to Lakes on Eldridge North, was amongst the most disorganized and unprofessionally handled ever. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.

Moved from an apartment to a house in under six hours.neverything was done with care and speed. We have used Two Men and a Truck before and will continue to use them because they do moving so well! Highly recommend!

I liked the estimate and communication by phone however I initially experienced issues with lack of follow up - the franchise changed hands and the staff all changed and this caused problems. This was not communicated to me. Luckily my move was able to go ahead as planned. The day of, the team was delayed because one driver called in sick. This delay was annoying, but I appreciated a phone call letting me know (though I'd already been waiting almost an hour by that point). The team successfully moved me, with no damage to my property however, one member of the team was fairly useless. It was like having only one mover, and so it went slower than it should and thus cost me more money that it should. The other driver was AMAZING - very skilled, efficient, professional yet friendly.

Troy in the office was helpful and answered all o my questions before I had the chance to ask them. The moving team was nice and helpful and treated my things well but we’re very slow at the moving process. If I had had that equipment I could have moved it faster. Makes me consider buying the equipment myself. But really nice guys!

I needed some furniture moved from the second floor of my home to the garage. I couldn't do it myself, and a colleague mentioned your company and that this service was offered. I am so glad - the two movers were very professional, worked quickly, and were very friendly. I've had bad movers in the past, and these two guys were top notch. I will definitely call your company again for any moving services needed.

Rhe movers were so nice, but it just kind of seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. If my friends and parents hadn't been there to help, it would have taken twice as long, as the movers were moving pretty slowly.

My moving day was perfect because of your guys!! They called right on time and were there within minutes. They were quick, courteous, sweet and sometimes even funny! They loaded my stuff carefully and unloaded into my new place carefully and put things where they would be easy for me to get to. The price was as quoted and I would recommend you guys!

Guys did a good job moving big pieces upstairs. They were patient and focused. Only problem was driver’s very poor decision to back his truck into my Pear tree, cracking the main truck and virtually ruining the tree - tree fell into street 1:00 AM causing crash with ambulance and further damage to vehicle and neighbors concrete curb - had to deal with Constable harassment and then hired company for emergency tree removal. Lots of damage and expense !!

The communication with the office is top notch and the movers were efficient, friendly and careful. I'm booking another job for next week.
