Jesus, Chad and Cesar did an awesome job. We had several very heavy pieces and they managed all of them. We left with quite a few scratches in the walls that had to be spackled and painted but that is to be expected in these new townhomes. Some damage to the floors because of how heavy one of the pieces was but again, we pretty much expected it. They did a great job and we are very pleased.

One of my items was damaged and the issue has not been resolved.

Overall my experience was really good and I would hire 2 men and a truck again. I had one thing I didn’t care to much for. The team I had got all of the things from my apartment but when going from the apartment to the storage unit which was 20 minutes, I got to the unit and sat and waited another 30 minutes for my guys to get there. So on their way they must have stopped to get more time or something on the clock. Afterwards the unloading was great however one of the guys did drop my dresser but there wasn’t too much damage.

They were eager to move all of my furniture, but the office didn't send the proper movers for the job. I explained to Roe that my furniture was very heavy and the pieces were very large to send big guys, but instead she sent 2 men that were new to the company. They damaged 3 pieces of furniture. I called to speak to the manager to fix the problem and I haven't heard a response yet about my damaged items. So I would not recommend them to anybody.

Super upset with damaged furniture. In the past i have always seen movers wrap my furniture in the old place and unwrap it in the new place. This moving team did not wrap at all and claims to have “wrapped it and unwrapped it in the truck.” That does not make sense because the wrapping can help protect items when going through doorways and what not. An almost new piece of furniture that I KNOW was not scratched now has several large scratches on it. Not just a small dingy scratch but a very deep to the raw wood gouges, some of which are over 6 inches long. Then once I pointed it out the movers attitudes were extremely rude, argumentative and unprofessional. I am extremely unhappy with their service and their (un)professionalism. I am highly unlikely to hire this company again.

Within 10 minutes of starting my move the driver asked me to go buy him a cold drink. He offered to pay for it but it’s unprofessional to ask a customer to go run an errand for you. Overall, they were moving really slow. I left my storage facility 10 min after them and made it to my place 20 min before them, taking the same route.
It was a hot day, they didn’t have a drop of water on them, I could tell they were getting tired. They also were sweating so profusely their hands were too slippery to pick up furniture but they didn’t have a single towel to wipe themselves (it’s June in TX-anyone working outdoors/being physical should know to be prepared for this).kept arguing on the best way to move things. Didn’t bring a toolbox. My furniture has dents on it. I had a horrible experience.

The 3 experienced movers on the team were excellent. They add two new trainees to the crew. One was clearly inadequate and damaged a number of pieces in addition to taking frequent breaks. More pieces were scratched and damaged then any moving company’s i’ve used before. Some damage may have occurred from how the items were loaded in the truck. The additional crew seems to have lengthen the move time not shorten it. There were scratched on the floors in both homes and no one has reached out to address this. I can honestly not recommend your service given the care of my items.

I hired TWO MAN AND A TRUCK because previous use. It started good when they arrived but it turned out to be a mess. My property was damaged (living room center table, whole glass was broken and will not be possible to replace unless i buy the table; bed set that we paid 6K dlls was chipped in one side; my couch was damaged, we paid 800 dlls and have not been paid or fixed yet). The mover guys did not pay enough attention to my property and ended up like this. I talked to their manager, I was only told that i was going to be paid for 60 cents per pound (which is nothing compare to the price). According to them I did not choose the insurance for my property THEY DAMAGED DUE TO NOT GOOD HANDLING AND CARE; I DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY WANTED ME TO GET THAT INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY ARE CARELESS.

As I was unpacking, I discover the rails on my bed were on the wrong side and a screw was missing, my lamp shades were not wrap and the lamps were stacked, causing tear in the lining. I found the finals that were removed and left on the fireplace of my prior home. I am mentioning these situation to point out additional training is needed on putting things back together and safeguarding parts I am aware Chris just started wiith you and all of us were extremely tired by the time every thing had been moved. Both D and Chris were very pleasant, polite and accommodating.

Again a great experience the guys were very professional, friendly and worked very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. They were on time and finished earlier than expected. This company always exceeds my expectations. I wouldn’t use any other. I just moved from San Antonio to Houston. Great job guys thank you so much. Highly recommend this company! Great value! No hidden fees.
