Congrats to our Employee of the Month, Pascal Eburuche! As our most requested driver, it’s no surprise that Pascal has managed to receive consistently high customer service and satisfaction scores throughout his career. He is a natural leader, and we can always rely on him to handle the most difficult of moving situations. Pascal has shown a constant willingness to learn and improve in his time with us, and is a tremendous asset to our team here in Houston! Congrats, Pascal! Thanks for all that you do!

Chris chose TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because the job entailed being on the road, which aligned with his past experiences, and he's accustomed to physical work. He appreciates the opportunities for advancement within the company. He's been a part of the team for 6 years. Before joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, his prior experience was in hot shot trucking and warehouse operations, including unloading/loading and leading teams of workers. Chris enjoys the variety of tasks that comes with this job; "each day presents something new and different," he said. Chris cherishes moments with his family, especially seeing the joy on his son's face when he returns from work. Additionally, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife.

When not at work, Chris will be on the court. "Basketball is a passion of mine; I could envision playing the game well into my senior years. It's not just a hobby; it provides me with a sense of tranquility and clarity of mind. While others may prefer activities like fishing, golfing, or gaming, basketball has taught me valuable lessons in handling pressure, understanding my role, and collaborating effectively with others. It's a sport that mirrors life's challenges and teaches invaluable skills in teamwork and leadership, leading to triumphant victories."
