Our Two Men and a Truck team was incredible!! It was a very chaotic morning due to some unforeseen circumstances that happened right before they arrived, and they handled everything like a pro! They were organized, efficient, professional, and hard working. They were so joyful too!! Singing and laughing all while they worked. Never a complaint from them even when they were having to wait on us.

I was under the impression that this company was based in Pearland near me, but was initially charged for travel time from Sugarland. Got that straightened out though. Also waiting results of a broken lamp claim which happened on the truck during the move. Movers were friendly and efficient otherwise.

Our claims department contacted you to discuss the compensation for the lamp. During the conversation, we explained that based on the weight of the lamp per the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA) guidelines, the standard compensation would be $6.00. However, we offered to increase this to $20.00 as a goodwill gesture. Despite this, you requested $30.00 and expressed dissatisfaction. We reiterated that offering $20.00 was already significantly higher than what was typically offered, more than three times the standard amount. You then claimed that valuation was not offered, but upon reviewing the recorded phone call, we confirmed that Brittany did indeed offer valuation on March 7th at 2:27 PM. Additionally, we referred you back to the pre-move letter, which you had signed on the same day, March 7th, where valuation procedures were explained in detail.

The guys were very professional and did a great job with the move. Trey & Christian were polite and generally careful with our household items. Next time we move, I will pre-wrap drawers and doors of furniture to save time with the move, and definitely call you guys again! I'm so glad they were available with only 2 days' notice.

Team is not professional at all. They cancelled the move and rescheduled for later date . They tried to postpone one more time , and they showed up late. Movers are not experienced , damaged Piano , not removed moving objects before packing the shelves that damaged a couple of shelves. I
